Summer Card Camp

I decided to sign up to a summer card camp. If Lizzie DD can go to the USA for a summer camp why can't I? I thought it would help with the inspiration and move me out of my comfort zone. This week's colour palate has done just that. I have tried some new techniques and have made a mess up in lofty heights. That's crating for you. Here is the first of the cards more to come over the summer!

Midnight Walks

Well Claire and I decided we would do the 10k walk in aid of St Anna Hospice. There was a party atmosphere in G Mex that continued through the streets.
The candle wall of rememberance  was a quite place of reflection and a reminder of why we were there.
Flashing ears and smiley faces at the end of the walk.
Dilly was waiting to try on the ears when we got home. She would have loved the walk but no dogs allowed.

Just a quick card to share . Not a good photo but a little PTI stamping  and colour coordination.  Now to soak my stiff feet!!!!

Take That

The last concert I went to was in the 80s when I went to see Queen. Take that was not the same quality music but certainly spectacular. Well worth the visit, although the catering facilities wasn't even up to football fan expectations. Not allowed to bring a drink into the stadium and then they ran out of water!!!( following an hour wait to be served. ) Who need water when you are engrossed in the atmosphere and the trill of live entertainment.
Robbie entered the arena like some kind of super hero, and then joined the rest of the group . The staging was stunning and the interpretation of the hits well thought out.The energy of all belied their age . How they are going to keep it up for the whole tour is beyond me.
Loved it and will not wait over 20 year before I go to another.
Just a couple of creations from lofty heights. As usual I used my parpertrey stash and on this card used Webster's pages paper as a background
 All papertrey on this card

And on this Cosmo Cricket with papertrey dies and spellbinder dies used.

Have a great day
